1. Refund Eligibility:
A full refund will be issued if a written request for withdrawal is received within 10 days from the start date of the course.
A partial refund may be considered if a withdrawal request is received within 15 days from the start date of the course. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the number of classes attended and administrative costs incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
a. Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. Course Materials: Fees paid for course materials are non-refundable once they have been provided to the student.
3. Withdrawal Procedure:
To initiate the refund process, a student must submit a written request through mail. The request must include the student’s full name, course name, and reason for withdrawal.
4. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the written withdrawal request. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
5. Refund Denial:
a. No refund will be provided for withdrawal requests received after 10 days from the start date of the course.
b. No refund will be issued for students expelled or suspended due to violations of sree medias policies.
6. Course Cancellation:
If sree media cancels a course, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to registered students.
